On October 27, 2025, Jingyi and the School of Mechanical Engineering at Donghua University officially held a cooperation signing ceremony at the Songjiang Campus of Donghua University, jointly establishing the 'Advanced Tribology Engineering Joint Laboratory.' This collaboration focuses on key technological breakthroughs in the field of tribology, with core areas centered on the development of bio-based lubricants and friction simulation. The aim is to address industry challenges such as insufficient lubrication performance of high-end equipment and difficulties in predicting friction behavior through university-enterprise collaboration, thereby building a bridge for technological upgrades and industrial applications in the field of mechanical engineering.



At the ceremony, representatives from various parties jointly witnessed this moment of cooperation: Professor Wang Jing from the School of Mechanical Engineering at Donghua University and Chair of the 16th International Tribology Symposium, along with university research teams, attended the meeting. Their long-term dedication to tribology and lubrication materials research will provide technical and R&D support for the laboratory. Yi Shuli, General Manager of Jingyi, represented the company and emphasized the importance of this cooperation for overcoming technical bottlenecks and achieving product upgrades. Zhang Yingying, R&D Manager at Jingyi, is responsible for implementing technology and connecting the company's R&D needs with university research resources. Additionally, Bao Qichao, Deputy General Manager of Zhenxin Chuangjia in Zhenxin Street, Jiading District, attended the meeting to provide support and guidance.



According to the cooperation plan, both parties will advance deep collaboration from multiple directions: in terms of joint technological research, special studies will be conducted on the extreme condition adaptability of lubricating grease, lifespan enhancement, and optimization of the accuracy of friction simulation models, helping to solve lubrication and friction challenges for high-end equipment in complex operating environments; in terms of specialized talent cultivation, relying on resources from both universities and enterprises, a joint training model of 'theoretical teaching + practical R&D' will be explored to provide the industry with professionals who possess both a theoretical foundation in tribology and engineering application capabilities; in terms of technology transfer, a rapid verification and implementation mechanism for research results will be established, promoting the application of new lubricating grease technologies and friction simulation algorithms developed in laboratories to actual production as soon as possible, achieving a dual transformation of scientific research value and industrial benefits.



The cooperation agreement between Jingyi and the School of Mechanical Engineering at Donghua University, along with the establishment of the 'Joint Laboratory of Advanced Tribology Engineering,' has created a precise platform for breakthroughs in grease friction technology. As the collaboration gradually takes effect in the future, it will also contribute to improving the reliability of high-end equipment and advancing technological independence, while further promoting the maturity of the university-enterprise collaboration model in specialized fields.
