R134a Compressor Lubricant for Electric Vehicle Air-Conditioning Compressor-Jeelube AC 1025E

Jeelube AC 1025E is a traditional polyol ester (POE) compressor lubricant for electric vehicle air conditioning compressors with environmentally friendly refrigerant R134a. Jeelube AC 1025E has good compatibility with R134a and can be used in a wide temperature range. Based on the polyol ester technology of Jeelube AC 1025E, it can greatly reduce the water absorption performance and provide good electrical insulation performance for the electric hermetic compressor of the automotive air conditioner.

• Compared with polyether products, it has lower moisture absorption performance, improves the electrical insulation performance of fully enclosed compressors, and avoids leakage of compressors.

• Good high temperature resistance, prevents deposits from forming on compressor components.

• Excellent high and low temperature miscibility with R134a, reducing the fluid retention in the evaporator and improving the working efficiency of the compressor.

It is recommended to apply the electric vehicle air-conditioning compressor with R134a refrigerant: one-way swash plate, two-way swash plate, rotary vane type and scroll type.
