Worm gear and worm oil additive- Jeelube DT CONC

Jeelube DT CONC is a compound additive for a series of worm gear oils. It has a yellow appearance and is added at a concentration of 1.2%, used for blending worm gear oils. The blended product exhibits excellent anti-scuffing and anti-seizure performance, and shows good compatibility with copper-steel pairs; it provides rust and oxidation protection, high film strength, and is suitable for worm gear reduction transmission systems.

 Excellent low-temperature performance and oxidation stability, not prone to sludge formation at high temperatures, keeping gear surfaces, bearings, and pipelines clean;

 Outstanding anti-wear performance, reducing the wear of gears and bearings, prolonging equipment life, and lowering maintenance costs;

 Low traction and friction coefficients, good thermal conductivity, reducing operating temperature and energy consumption.
