Jeelube COOL 900 EMU

Jeelube COOL 900 EMU is a chlorine and phosphorus free lotion specially designed for heavy machinery processing. It contains carefully selected extreme pressure additives and synthetic esters, with excellent lubricity, good corrosion resistance, and high stability. Stable lotion can be formed after mixing with water.

• High stability of lotion can reduce replacement cost, thus improving economic benefits;

• Good anti-corrosion performance of black metal can prevent corrosion of machines and parts;

• Good wetting and rinsing properties can reduce surface residue on parts;

• Less foam in soft water and stable lotion in hard water;

• Jeelube COOL 900 EMU is designed specifically for processing ferrous metals such as steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, and vermicular iron;

• Suitable for machining such as turning, milling, drilling, deep hole drilling, tapping, reaming, and pulling;

• Recommended concentration:

                                                       Strict working conditions:        10%~15%
