Semi‑synthetic watermiscible cutting fluid-Jeelube COOL 2030 AA

Jeelube COOL 2030 AA is a water-soluble semi-synthetic cutting fluid that exhibits excellent antibacterial properties during use. When mixed with water, Jeelube COOL 2030 AA forms a stable, milky-white emulsion with an extended service life.

• High microbial resistance can reduce maintenance costs;

• Provide effective rust protection for workpieces and machine tools during the machining process;

• Under all water hardness conditions, only a small amount of foam was produced;

• For all machining operations of aluminum alloys (both rough and finish machining), the use of Jeelube COOL 2030 AA is strongly recommended;
